I know this is less than convenient, however, in light of certain idiots, I feel it is necessary until I revise the FooCore license. This may never happen, however, as many of the developers who helped make FooCore what it is today are very, very hard to get in touch with. That said, it's safe to assume that you'll have to ask me for a copy. I will give out copies freely, as I've been doing.
