(5.0 beta has scroll back! yay! It's only been 13 years. This is not what one would call a feature rich client -EDT)
SimpleMU
Supported Platforms: Windows
SimpleMU is a client for all MUD type games including MUSH, MOO, MUCK and MUSE. It is a fast, small client that supports a highly customizable GUI including background images and full ANSI Color support with custom color configurations. It supports triggers, aliases, gags, macros, color highlighting, logging with log omissions and spawned windows. (It runs on Windows, thus only they use it -EDT)
Savitar

Savitar is the premier shareware MUVE client (or MUD client by another name) for Macintosh computers. MCP SimpleEdit support, Option to use regular expressions in trigger matching, Easy-to-User "World Picker" for first time log ins, Supports ANSI escape sequence (color) output, Supports easy to use styling, coloring, gagging, and sound triggers, Supports triggerable Mac OS speech output, Supports ability to use wildcards in a trigger, Supports dozens of user-definable macro hot keys and variables, Supports "auto-text" entry of variables during input, Takes full advantage of Mac OS drag and drop, Has split screens, command line recall, multi-sessions, file upload, capture, and all that jazz too.
If you have a personal favorite that's not listed here, too bad. Why are you reading this anyway? You have a client! ... idiot.
